• Brighter Pro – Focuses on nurturing more professional and MDRT advisors. Sun Life Grepa has invested in making this a reality by partnering MDRT Academy and MDRT Global Services.
• Brighter Leader – Focuses Sun Life Grepa’s development effort on ensuring quality agency expansion by empowering its agency leaders to recruit and coach their advisors.
