Mechanics

• Coverage is 3 months.
• Maximum coverage of P100k per member.

To be eligible for insurance coverage, a Member must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Must be a PTC Global Maritime Professional (GMP) or PTC Employee
2. A Filipino and permanent resident of the Philippines;
3. Physically present in the Philippines at the time of enrollment;
4. Must be eighteen (18) years old but not more than sixty-six (66) years of age at the time of enrollment and
5. Does not involved in military, naval or service, or in police service with duties to engage in hostilities during armed conflict.

A Member’s insurance shall terminate on the earliest of the following:

1. The date this policy terminates;
2. The date he ceases to be eligible for insurance under this policy;
3. The date he enters military, naval or air service or in police service with duties to engage in hostilities during an armed conflict;
4. The end of coverage period following Member’s attainment of age sixty-six (66) years old
5. The end of the period for which premiums are paid to SLGFI for the Member’s insurance.

Standard benefits provisions, exclusions and limitations shall apply.
