Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

E-notices are digital versions of your account statements / billing notices that you can access via the internet. They replace the need for paper statements and can be viewed, downloaded, or printed from your email.

All VUL clients with valid e-mail address on record are automatically enrolled to e-notice. Please make sure that your email address is updated and correct. You may update your contact information via the MySunLifeGrepa Client Portal (https://client.sunlifegrepa.com/portal/) and Sun Life Grepa PH Mobile App (https://bit.ly/SunLifeGrepaDownloadApp) .

We are transitioning to online statements to enhance efficiency, improve security, reduce paper waste, and provide clients with quicker and more convenient access to their statements.

Yes, e-notices are secure. They are password protected to ensure that your personal and financial information remains safe.

If you have a valid email address on record, you will automatically receive e-notice and will stop receiving paper notices via mail. As an alternative, you may always download the e-notice from your email, and print them at home as needed.

While the goal is to transition to e-notices, clients who have specific needs for paper statements may request so by calling our hotline at +632 8-849-9633 or emailing us at wecare@grepa.sunlife.com.

 

You will receive email and SMS notifications once new notices are available. Please make sure that your notification settings are turned on in your respective devices.

To ensure you receive your online statements without issues, keep your contact information up to date, add wecare@grepa.sunlife.com to your safe sender list, and regularly check your spam or junk folder.
