To give way to a new and exciting new My Sun Life Grepa mobile app launching on August 1, 2026, the current Client Portal and Mobile App will be retired by July 1, 2026.

  • Effective July 1, 2026, the previous Client Portal and Mobile App have been permanently retired as part of our transition to a new digital platform.
  • The new My Sun Life Grepa mobile app will be available beginning August 1, 2026, offering enhanced security, improved performance, and a better digital experience.

No. Your insurance policy, coverage, benefits, and policy values remain unchanged. Only the online portal and mobile app are temporarily unavailable during the transition.

  • Yes. Protecting your personal information is our highest priority.
  • The retirement of the previous Client Portal and Mobile App is part of a proactive upgrade to strengthen our digital infrastructure and enhance security. Throughout the transition period, your policy information remains securely maintained within Sun Life Grepa’s internal systems.
  • If you need assistance during July, our Client Care Team and your Sun Life Grepa Advisor remain available to assist you.
  • The new My Sun Life Grepa mobile app will officially launch on August 1, 2026.
  •  We’ll send you download links and registration instructions before launch.
  • You may continue paying your premiums through our existing payment channels without interruption.

  • You may contact your Sun Life Grepa Advisor or our Client Care Team for assistance with your policy information.
  •  For clients with Variable Unit-Linked (VUL) policies, your latest fund value and transaction information can also be provided during this period.

Yes. Claims submission and processing continue through our existing servicing channels.

Registration and login instructions for the new My Sun Life Grepa app will be shared before the August 1 launch.

  • No. Your policy records remain securely maintained by Sun Life Grepa.
  • We are working to ensure that relevant policy information will be available in the new My Sun Life Grepa app. More details will be shared closer to launch.
