REFER AND EARN MECHANICS
The program is open to employees of YGC companies.
1.All interested referrors will register through the participation confirmation link. In the participation form, referror can list up to ten (10) people he/ she would like to refer for the role of Sun Life Grepa Financial Advisor.
2. Upon completed registration, referror will copy a link which he will share with the people he/ she listed as referrals.
3. The referred person who receives the link from the referror will be able to access an online form which he/ she can fill out and submit if interested to explore the career opportunity.
4 Once submissions are received, Sun Life Grepa recruitment teams will contact the referrals and the referror will receive an email with details of his reward.
Release of the e-Gift Certificates will be done at the end of the month
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.A successful referral is defined is one who passed the license exam and given a code by SLGFI
2. The referror can submit up to five (5) referrals.
3. Collection of name, email address and mobile number will be through Survey Alchemer (formerly Survey Gizmo), a third party platform. A survey link will be cascaded to the qualifier’s email address.
4. Referrers must consent to sharing their data via the said third-party platform.
5. Referrors will be notified through email or phone call. Prizes will be sent via email.
6. By participating, each referrer authorizes Sun Life Grepa to process and use of his/her personal data (including his/her name. image or likeness) for purposes of administering the referral program, for its recruitment activities, including any announcement material in any medium without limit as to the number of exposures, and for other legal purposes related thereto. Each successful referrer also agrees this his/her name and/ or image may be used in any announcement material that may be made in relation to the program in any medium and that such authorization shall continue to have effect during the duration of the promotion and Sun Life Grepa’s activities, but in no case exceeding any applicable retention Limit set by laws and regulations. The referrer also accepts Sun Life Grepa’s privacy policy in https://bit.ly/3gmhVzP and allows his/her personal data to be processed according to its terms.
The form tool is managed by a third-party provider, Alchemer (formerly Survey Gizmo), and all information collected through the form will be stored by the provider on their servers in the US for a period of 12 to 24 months. Form completion is optional.
