Agency Regional Manager (Makati / Binondo, Manila / San Pablo, Laguna / Gen. Santos)

Drives the execution of national marketing programs to achieve the overall goals (AFYP, acitvity ratio, persistency, etc) of the Channel.


Develops, plans and executes region-specific market penetration strategies and programs that support Channel goals and are aligned with company standards.


Analyzes region's performance, identify areas of improvement and implement necessary corrective measures to address business gaps, issues, challenges as well as optimize business opportunities.


Ensures that all key performance metrics (sales, recruitment, activity ratio and productivity ration, and sales quality) are achieved according to company standards.


Implements training, activation and engagement programs to build the capability of the agency force for sustainable and increasing productivity.


Conducts business planning and review sessions with Agency leaders to set direction, initiatives and monitor progress on executing the agreed business plan, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.


Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years sales experience, min 3 years in the life insurance industry
  • With strong leadership skills and able to partner well with agency leaders
  • Solid sales and training skills

Leads the conceptualization, development, implementation and monitoring of all Sales and Marketing promotions, recognition and events efforts across distribution channel.

Guidelines/Mechanics of the External Referral Program:
  • The person who will send the referral:
    • Should not be a currently regular/ probationary/ casual employee of SLGFI.
    • Should not be a current manager/officer/recruiter employed Sun Life Financial Philippines.
    • Should not be connected to an existing manpower firm/s that has a contract with SLGFI.

  • The person to be referred for employment:
    • Should not have relatives (till 4th degree of consanguinity) currently employed by SLGFI.
