External Referral Program

The External Referral Program offers rewards to successful referrals from persons unaffiliated with Sun Life Grepa Financial Inc. (SLGFI).
Guidelines/Mechanics of the External Referral Program:
  • The person who will send the referral:
    • Should not be a currently regular/ probationary/ casual employee of SLGFI.
    • Should not be a current manager/officer/recruiter employed Sun Life Financial Philippines.
    • Should not be connected to an existing manpower firm/s that has a contract with SLGFI.

  • The person to be referred for employment:
    • Should not have relatives (till 4th degree of consanguinity) currently employed by SLGFI.
    • Should not have relatives (till 4th degree of consanguinity) employed by any life insurance companies.
    • Should not be former employees of SLGFI.
    • Should not be currently employed by Sun Life Financial Philippines or by any company under the Yuchengco Group of Companies.
  • Reward:
    • Successful referrals will receive gift certificates from various merchants.
    • Prizes will change quarterly.
    • Prizes will be given to the referee once the referred candidate is hired in the company.
    • Reward will only be given if the referral acknowledges that he/she was referred by the referee.

Group Pricing Staff

General Functions:

Release new business quotations within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT).


Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferably BS Mathematics/Statistics graduate

Cashier

General Functions:

Accepts cash & check payments for medical and dental services and issues Official Receipts or Provisional Receipts. Prepares Daily Collection Reports. Encodes all medical services reflected in the route slip for profit sharing and billing purposes.

Group Sales Officers (7)

General Functions:

Solicits new business from corporate accounts through personal sources and/or from Group Referral System. The GSO is responsible in building Group Insurance portfolio by soliciting new corporate accounts.


Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably from a sales-related course
  • At least 1 year work experience in sales, preferably in corporate accounts and/or life insurance
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • With good grasp of Microsoft Office applications
  • A licensed driver

Affinity Marketing Manager

General Functions:

Overall management including but not limited to coordination with all internal and external parties on product concepts, responsibilities, procedures and timetable for each launch. Reviews campaign results and develops recommendations and procedures for future campaigns which include production performance campaign analysis & preparation of post-campaign analysis.

General Functions:

Conducts group and individual presentations, financial planning interviews and enrolment sessions to assigned corporate accounts to generate new business.

Performs sales activities to further develop business from assigned existing corporate accounts.

  • At least 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be at least a college graduate of a 4-year course.
  • Experience in handling Corporate Accounts, Business Development is an advantage.
